Teenager body is different from others as at teenage our body starts getting mature and several types of changes takes place in our body. Our hormones starts changing their structure and functions. It becomes  very difficult for our skin to adjust with the changing factors. If am not wrong it’s true that every teenage girl wants to look more beautiful and attractive than other girls. It’s not only with teenage girls but also teenage boys wants to look more handsome & wants to drive the girl’s attention as much as possible.  But before telling you that how to get problem free skin and how to stay beautiful I would like to tell you that why these problems are more at teenage at that time when we don’t need them.

At adolescence our skin become thicker and tougher, and it brings maturation of sebaceous glands & sweat glands. As a result the sebaceous glands starts releasing more sebum or oily substance due to the hormonal change. It blocks our skin pores and it makes our skin more prone to acne, pimples, blackheads etc. At adolescence there is also rise in fat content in our skin that retain more moisture in our skin and make it oily.
                           



                 HOMEMADE MASKS FOR TEENAGERS


It is very difficult to adjust changes for our skin at teenage but we can prevent our skin from acne, rashes and other type of problems by following few tips and by using homemade packs that are toxic free and natural.

 OATMEAL SCRUB
Take 3-4 tbsp of oatmeal, 1 tbsp lemon juice in a bowl and put some water  in it. Now make a soft paste and apply this paste on your face. Massage your face very gently with this and leave it for 2-3 minutes. Then rinse off your face with water.








CUCUMBER MASK
Take 1 mashed cucumber in a bowl and mix 1 tbsp curd & 1 tbsp rice flour in it. Now make a paste of it and apply it on your face. Leave this mixture on your face for 25-30 minutes and rinse off your face with water.








EGG MASK
Take 1 egg yolk in a bowl and beat it. Mix 1 tbsp honey in it. Now apply it on your face and leave it for few minutes until it dries. After that wash your face with water.








STRAWBERRY PACK
Take 4-5 strawberries in a bowl and mash it. Now add 1 tbsp of honey and ½ tbsp lemon juice in it and make a slippery smooth paste. Now apply it on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Now rinse off your face with water.








AVOCADO MASK
Take mashed avocado in a bowl and mix 1 tbsp of olive oil in it if desired. Now apply it on your face and rinse off your face after 20-30 minutes. This mask is very good for skin.










BANANA – HONEY MASK
Take 1 mashed banana in a bowl and mix 1 tbsp of honey in it. Make a smooth paste and apply it on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes then wash your face with water.









RICE FLOUR SCRUB
Take 1 tbsp rice flour in a bowl and mix it with 1 tbsp yogurt. Make a paste, massage it on your face and leave it until dried. Then rinse off your face with water.







PEACH MASK
Mash 1-2 peach pulp in a bowl and add 1 tbsp honey in it. Now apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Now rinse off your face.











                          TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Drink more water as it eliminates the toxins from your body and clears your skin.

  •  Wash your face with a soap-free cleanser or dermatological tested soap twice a day.

  • Use tissue to remove the extra oil.

  • Use facial cleanser for face as it removes dirt from the skin.

  • After cleansing use oil-free facial moisturizer.

  • Use sunscreen with SPF 15+.

  • Avoid excessive cleansing and scrubbing as it may cause irritation.

  • Use non-alcoholic toner for your skin and use it on your face everyday after returning from the market or school. It refreshes your skin.

  • Take balanced diet and avoid oily food.

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables.
