DARK UNDERARMS
Black or dark underarms are one of the common problems among women and everyone wants to get rid of it. It not only looks bad but it also makes one embarrass. Every woman wants to wear sleeveless clothes and swimsuits confidently but due to dark underarms it is not possible. It makes one very conscious while wearing sleeveless clothes. In order to get rid of it firstly we have to understand what makes them dark.

HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF DARK UNDERARMS
1)-TAMARIND
Mix 2sp of tamarind pulp in a half bowl of water and soak them for half an hour. Now mix with hands and filter them in a separate bowl. Apply this thick paste on your underarms and rub it for 10- 15 minutes. Then wash your underarms with water and see the difference.
2)-LEMON
Mix 2sp of lemon juice , 1sp of honey and make a paste. Now apply it on your underarms and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse off and apply moisturizer on it.
3)-SAFFRON
Take 2sp of milk in a bowl and add a pinch of saffron in it. Mix it well and apply it on your underarms. Leave it until it dries and rinse off.
4)-GRAM FLOUR
Take 3sp of gram flour in a bowl and mix 1sp yogurt, 1sp lemon juice & ½ sp turmeric powder in it. Make a paste of it and apply it on your underarms. Leave it for 25-30 minutes and rinse off with water.
5)-POTATO
Grate ½ potato in a bowl and mix 1sp lime juice in it. Now apply it on your underarms and rub it slightly. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash with water.
6)-CUCUMBER
Take 2sp of cucumber juice in a bowl and mix 1sp lemon juice in it. Now apply it on your underarms. Leave it until it dries and then rinse off.
TIPS
- Try waxing instead of shaving.
- Scrub your underarms twice a week.
- You can try skin bleaching cream to remove skin darkness.
- Use only good quality non – alcoholic deodorants.
- Wash your underarms regularly at night before going to bed in order to remove chemicals of deodorants and roll-ons.
- Avoid wearing tight clothes.
- Use a product containing lactic acid for exfoliating.
