At present time, Hair loss is found to be a very common problem in every human. Not only adults but also children suffers from this problem. Hair loss is actually means loss of hair from head or body. The average human contains 100,000 hair strands in their scalp but with the age the quantity of hair decreases both in men and women .The hair becomes thin and stops growing with the age. Everyone loves their hair and it is the one that enhances the beauty of both men and women. If they start falling the one become sad and conscious about this.

                                      CAUSES


It is the worst feeling when others see lots of hair strands in our comb ask us Oh My God  What’s this. At that time we feel very embarrass and start asking others how to stop hair fall. Loosing 50-100 strands everyday is natural but if you are losing more than that then it’s the time to get worry about this and doing something to stop them before loosing all the hair.                                                              




First of all we want to explain you what causes Hair loss. Before doing anything about problem It is very important to know what is the reason for that. The causes of hair fall are as follows:-

HORMONAL

The main cause of Hair loss is a hormonal imbalance . This problem may be hereditary. If the parents have this problem then the children also suffers from this problem of hair loss
NUTRITIONAL

If one is not taking the balanced diet then he can suffer from hair loss. Not taking proper diet cause deficiency in vitamins, minerals and other necessary nutrients which in return causes hair loss.

STRESS

It is the major cause of hair loss which is very common in today’s life style. Anything that causes stress also cause hair fall.


HEALTH PROBLEMS

The sudden hair fall may also cause due to improper working of Thyroid glands, infection like ringworm, pregnancy, improper menstrual cycle, diabetes etc



  MEDICATION


Many drugs causes hair loss. These drugs makes hair strands thin and cause hair loss. The most common drugs that causes this are drugs for treated cancer, depression, blood pressure etc.

Hair loss also causes due to experimenting the hair like coloring, bleaching, blow drying, ironing, re bonding etc. The chemicals used for these styling weakens the roots of hair or damages them and results into hair loss.

OTHER FACTORS

Some other factors that are responsible for Hair loss are Loosing weight by dieting, fever, viral disease, pulling hair tightly etc.


           DEFICIENCY THAT CAUSES HAIR LOSS

Every problem in human being is caused when they have some deficiency in body. So it is very important to know what type of deficiencies causes hair loss so that we can cure our problem by taking the proper diet. The deficiency in following causes this problem:-

VITAMINS

Due to deficiency of vitamin A, C, D & E the one suffers from Hair loss. Vitamin  A is responsible for releasing oily substance called sebum which protects the hair from getting dry. Vitamin C is helpful in making the hair healthy. Vitamin d is very important for keeping hair healthy as it is responsible for making the hair strong. Vitamin E is helpful in maintaining the good blood circulation which helps in making the hair healthy.

PROTEINS

Everyone knows that our hair is made of protein and it is obvious that deficiency in proteins will cause Hair loss so it is important to take the right quantity of proteins in our diet everyday to maintain the good health and hair.

IODINE

Iodine is responsible for proper functioning of Thyroid gland. Deficiency of Iodine will cause improper working of Thyroid gland and cause hair loss.


IRON

Iron is helpful in maintaining the proper RBC's which is very important for hair and nails. The deficiency of Iron is very common in women and it cause anemia means reduction in RBC's which results in hair loss.

ZINC

The Zinc is useful for the proper functioning of hair follicles. The hair follicles is where hair starts its growth. If it is not proper then one suffers from hair loss.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THAT ARE BENEFICIAL FOR HAIR GROWTH

It is also very important for healthy hair so it is necessary to take calcium rich food

CITRIC FRUITS 

The citric fruits like lemon, oranges & grapefruit are rich in vitamin C. It is helpful in making the hair stronger and promoting the hair growth.

GUAVA & CARROTS

They are good source of vitamin A and are also very helpful in making the hair shiny and protect them from getting brittle.

BANANAS

It is good for growth and strengthening of hair.

GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES

Vegetables like spinach and broccoli contains vitamin A & C which are useful in maintaining the shine of hair and production of RBCs.

STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE & TOMATOES

They are rich in vitamin C and are useful in making the hair healthy.

NUTS

All kind of nuts like Almonds, Pistachio, dry Apricots etc. are rich in zinc which is important for proper growth of hair and for making hair strong and healthy.
                                                                                                    


1):-  Mix 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1 lemon juice in half bowl of yogurt. Now apply this paste on your scalp and leave it for 40 minutes. This paste will remove dust and dandruff from your scalp and is useful in promoting hair growth.

2):- Take one banana and mashed it. Now add few drops of lemon and apply this paste on your scalp. It is helpful in making the hair shiny and reducing the problem of hair loss.

3):- Take a coconut oil, olive oil and castor oil in a bowl and heat it together. Now massage your hair with this oil and leave it whole night. Next day wash your hair with a mild shampoo. It is very useful for hair growth.

4):- Massaging the hair with Amla(PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA) oil everyday is very useful in treating the problem of hair loss.

5):- Make a oil by boiling Heena( LAWSONIA INERISM) leaves and Amla in a vegetable oil and store this oil in some container. Now use this oil for massaging your scalp. This oil is very beneficial for hair.

6):- Massage your hair with olive oil and cover your scalp with some cloth or cap and leave it as it is whole night. Now wash your hair next day. It is good for hair growth.


1) Always to use mild shampoos or organic shampoos for your hair.

2) Massage your hair with coconut oil , amla oil or olive oil twice in a week.

3) Avoid combing your wet hair.

4) Avoid blow drying or straightening your hair.

5) Take a proper balanced diet.

6) Try to avoid stress.

7) Drink water as much as possible.

8) Take a proper sleep.

9) Do not get harsh with your hair. Always rub your hair very gently with a soft towel.

10)  Try to use heena as it is natural, for coloring your hair instead of chemical rich hair colors that are available in the market.

11) Do not use tight rubbers or bands.

Nothing really can stop male pattern baldness once it is triggered .. it is from the genes .. If it would have been in our hands biggest stars of Hollywood and Bollywood won't have got bald .. Even Salman khan has taken n number of transplant surgeries .. we just can maintain them clean .. rest in not in our hands
