Best way to control Low Blood Pressure


Low blood pressure is also known as hypotension. It occurs when the body of a person is unable to maintain the normal blood pressure. People experience low blood pressure when the systolic pressure (When your heart contracts, squeezes the blood out and pumping it into your arteries) falls below 90 mm Hg and the diastolic pressure (when your heart relaxes and blood flows back into it) falls below 60 mm Hg.
                        CAUSES OF LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
1) Dehydration. 
2) Pregnancy.
3) Diabetes.
4) Low blood sugar.
5) Heart failures.
6) Deficiency of nutrients like B12 , iron.
7) Heat stroke.
8) Mental shock.
9) Due to intake of medicines for high blood pressure, depression or Parkinson’s disease.
10) Mental stress or fever.

                                        SYMPTOMS

                     HOME REMEDIES


  • Take some raw beetroots and make a juice of it. Drink a cup of beetroot juice twice a day.
  • Take some 8-9 almonds and soak it in a cup of water overnight. Next day peel its skin and grind to make a paste of it. Mix this paste in a glass of milk and boil it. Now dink it lukewarm.
  • Soak 18-20 raisins overnight in a ceramic bowl full of water. Next day chew it empty stomach and drink lukewarm water with it.
  • Drink a cup of strong black coffee or tea.
  • Take 10-15 holy basil leaves (tulsi) and crush it. Take out its juice and mix it with 1 tsp honey. Have it empty stomach in the morning.

                 USEFUL TIPS
- Increase intake of salt in your food.

- Drink lots of water and always keep water bottle to prevent dehydration.

- Include walk in your daily routine.


-       Eat more salad.
