HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OILY SKIN IN SUMMER



Summer days makes skin more oily and sticky as compared to normal days. For oily skin it become very difficult to prevent the skin from pimples, scars etc. if you also have a oily skin then don’t worry we are going to tell you how to take care of your skin in summer.

Firstly we want to tell you about oily skin. Oily skin looks shiny, dull and thick. Oily skin produces more sebum than normal skin and may get easily prone to pimples, blackheads etc. In oily skin forehead, nose and chin looks more oily and shiny. But one good thing about oily skin is that with the age the people with oily skin will get fewer wrinkles than others.

  HOME REMEDIES  FOR  REMOVING  EXTRA OIL FROM THE SKIN IN SUMMERS


  • Take 3-4sp of cucumber juice, 1sp lemon juice, 1sp sandalwood powder, 1sp rose water in a bowl and make a paste. Now wet your face and apply this paste on your face. Leave it for 20-25 minutes and then rinse off with water.

  • Take 1 egg white in a bowl and whisk it to make foam. Now add 1sp rice flour and make a paste. Now apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash off with water.

  • Take some aloevera gel in a bowl and mix few drops of lemon juice in it. Mix it and apply it on your face. Leave it until it dries and rinse off. Use it regularly as aloevera absorbs oil from the skin and clear out the pores.

  • Take 2sp fuller’s earth, 1sp sandalwood and few drops of rose water in a bowl. Make a paste of it and apply it on your face. Leave it for half an hour and rinse off. It absorbs extra oil and will make skin soft, smooth and tight.

  • Take a piece of raw papaya and grate it in a bowl. Now mix 1sp lemon juice and 1sp tomato juice in it. Make a thick paste and apply it on your face. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. Then rinse off. It controls oil and refreshes  your skin.

VITAMIN A RICH FOOD
Food rich in vitamin A helps to decrease oil production and good source of vitamin A are carrots, spinach and cantaloupe.







WATERMELON
It helps to hydrate your body and is a good source of Vitamin A. It makes the skin radiant and prevent  acne. It also flushes toxins from body and reduces the size of pores in our skin.







LEMON
It is rich in vitamin C and helps to remove toxins from body. It also act as a great skin cleanser.








PAPAYA
It is a good source of Vitamin A. It helps in removing dead skin cells along with breaking down the inactive proteins. It also acts as a natural skin exfoliator.







COCONUT WATER
It makes our body hydrated and helps in reducing the blackheads. It is rich in minerals and amino acids and contains cytokinins, which are powerful antioxidants that combat the damaging effects of free radicals and prevent premature aging.

1)- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
2)- Avoid fried food and take a proper diet.
3)- Avoid oil- based cosmetics and use water based cosmetics.
4)- Wash your face with cold water 2-3 times a day to remove extra oil.
5)- Scrub your face twice a week.
6)- Avoid alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
