some people are just born skinny or get skinny due to circumstance . Many time the reason for having less weight or be skinny is eating a wrong diet and working too much . Skinny people are teased every where and the start feeling low. 
                                 In order to increase weight it is noticed that many people start taking excessive diet or a diet full of excessive fats . Some people start consuming body supplements and weight gainers without concerning any doctor or expert. This all lead to decline in health and never helps to get a stable and fit body.

                               Here are some tips and list of foods that will help you to gain weight naturally .


 3  Most Important things to keep in mind for Weight gain .

1)- Take a balance diet which should be full of all the essential nutrients important for our body growth and weight gain.

2)- Never workout too much in the gym . Always workout in proper way and try to workout under an expert trainer.


3)- Give your body sufficient amount of rest. You should take 7 to 8 hours sleep regularly to give your body sufficient amount of rest.

   Food That Helps In WEIGHT GAIN

Peanut Butter- Spread Peanut butter on brown bread and eat it . It will gives you sufficient calories and high in protein.

Cheese- You can also add cheese to your diet as cheese is high in protein , calcium and fat. 

Banana- You can eat 2 or 3 banana every day or can drink  banana shake in order to gain weight.

Dry fruit- Dry fruit also helps you in weight gain as they are rich in calories and other body building nutrients .

Oat meal- A bowl of oat meal is a perfect nutritious breakfast. It is rich in fiber which helps you in digestion and also have other vital nutrients.

Olive oil- Always choose olive oil for adding extra fat . olive oil is good for health and will add some extra calories too.

Potatoes- Potatoes are very rich source of carbohydrates and complex sugar .  consume baked or grilled potatoes for quick weight gain. 

Yogurt- You can eat a bowl of yogurt every day for quick weight gain.

Eggs- Eggs are rich in protein and fat . Eat 2 or 3 eggs every day.

Milk- you can drink milk every day a milk is rich in calcium and fats. 


  • Take your meal on proper time and never skip your meal.
  • Eat food that have fair amount of calories , but also have other essential nutrients. 
  • If you are exercising make sure to drink plenty of water .
  • Drink Milk , Juice and Shakes with your meals or in between to add extra calories and they also gives you other essential nutrients .
