Excessive body weight is associated with various diseases , cardiovascular diseases , Diabetes , Asthma , High Blood pressure and High cholesterol . Excessive body weight not only cause physical problem but also cause mental problems. A fat person or obese person never never find himself comfortable among others. He looses his self confidence and feel low. People make fun of him and he has to face all this alone. But now one can easily reduce his fat in few days just buy following some simple tips.



CAUSES OF OVERWEIGHT


Sedentary Life Style- The first case of over weight is sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary lifestyle means a lifestyle in which a person fails to exercise or fails to get an exercise at all . A Sedentary lifestyle commonly consist of the practice of sitting and watching too much television or sleeping too much. In some cases it also involves studying too much or using computer too much while sitting . basically in all these conditions you are not moving too much and this cause increase in weight.



Genetic or Hereditary- In this case a person get obese by birth or by childhood due to genes of his parents . In many cases if parents are fat or obese then their children are also obese. A person suffering from hereditary obesity is at high risk of serious health problems. A study shows that obese people dies at much younger age as compared with others.




Over eating- Over eating is another well founded cause of developing fat . Eating too much or eating wrong diet lead to gain in weight. You should know what to eat and how much to eat. The fat you take above your required level get stored in your body and causes gain in weight . It also notices that even eating wrong diet such as junk food or fast food also increase your weight . Junk food contains high fat level and are of very low Nutrition value . Junk food which we commonly eat are pizza , Burger, Sandwich, Fries , Rolls etc are good in taste but eating them regularly or eating them too much is the main cause of getting fat. Even intake of sugar too much also increase your weight.

                                  Food you should eat to lose you Weight


FRUITS- You should eat fruits like Apple, Orange , Pineapple, Kiwi, Berries , Grapes , Watermelon and Melon to reduce your weight . These fruits are rich in fiber and which improves your digestion and help in reducing weight.




FOOD-   You can eat Beans , Green Vegetables , Salad, Green tea . All these thing helps you in reducing your wight . Try to eat boiled or roasted food instead of fried food. You can also drink skin toned Milk as it is very low in fat and provide you other essential nutrients. You can also add Oats and Cornflakes in your diet as they are low in fat and rich in fiber.




              IMPORTANT TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS


1)- Drink at least 3 ltrs of water every day and urinate on regular time as it helps you in removal of salt, toxins and extra fats.


2)-Avoid Cola or Alcohol drinks and try to drink Green tea as green tea is rich in Antioxidants which speed  metabolism and fat burning.


3)- Take your meal on proper time and try to take your dinner 1 hr before your sleep.


4)- Never sit or sleep immediately after having your meal.


5)- Walk for a wile after having your meal as it helps you to digest your food properly.


6)- Avoid stress and other Mental pressure.


7)- Go for walk or jog regularly in the morning.


8)- Try not to sit or sleep too much.


9)- When you feel hungry try to eat something lite .





                  Home remedies for weight loss


1- when you get up early in the morning take a glass of boiled warm water and it it with 3 tbsp of LEMON and 1 tbsp of HONEY and drink it . Make this habit regularly and this will help you in reducing you weight .


2- Cabbage is very effective in burning body fat . Consume 1 bowl of cabbage everyday.


3- Apple cider vinegar helps to increase your metabolism rate and reduce hunger. Take 2 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar in 500 ml of water and sip through  the day (especially 30 minutes before meal).


4- mix Black pepper powder with vegetable soup and vegetable. It will not only enhances the flavour  of your diet but also helpful in consisting obesity or help full in fat burning.


5-Eat Papaye (in the summer) or vegetable your dinner for 2-3  month if you want to lose your weight quickly.
